SHIPPING + EXCHANGES

At The Moon Market, we are an in-store exchange only small mom + pop shop. At our small business, we love our products (as we hope you do) and want to stand behind it and make sure that you end up with items that you truly enjoy. As an exchange-friendly small business we ask that you respect our policy and understand that we would like items back promptly if you wish/want to exchange an item. 

To make the exchange process easy for you, please follow these little rules:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving items. This applies to Online Orders + In-Store purchases. 
  • All exchanges must be presented with original receipt, and original tags attached. 
  • Online Orders: Once your order is received and looked over, your IN-STORE CREDIT will be sent out to you via e-mail - to apply to your next order with The Moon Market. Your In-Store Credit code with be e-mailed to you with the e-mail provided from original order.
  • Online Orders: If you come into the store - we will happily process the exchange in person as well.
  • All sale items + discounted items are final sale.
  • All returns must be unworn + unwashed + unused without odors.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake made on our end.
  • Gift Receipts available in-store.  
  • ITEMS THAT DO NO QUALIFY FOR IN-STORE EXCHANGE AND ARE FINAL SALE:
  • All sale items + items sold at a discount are final sale. 
  • All items from our pantry Marketplace are final sale. This includes all food + drinks. 
  • All HOME Accents/Decor are final sale as our styles rotate quickly.
  • Men's/Women's Accessories + Jewelry are final sale.
  • All beauty products are final sale. 
  • All intimates including bodysuits/boxers/briefs/undergarments are final sale.

Exchange items may be shipped back to the Duluth, North Shore - Moon Market store (address below).

Sale, markdowns, and any of the above items that are not eligible for a return, will be rejected if requesting to return. We do not cover the costs of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject returns based on the quality it has been received in. Please save time and return postage costs by making sure there are no stains or odors (good or bad) prior to mailing your return!

CHANGING OR CANCELING:
If something happened, and you want to change or cancel your order, simply e-mail us as soon as possible and if we have not packed and shipped your item(s) yet, we would be more than happy to make changes or cancel your order. If we have already shipped out your package, unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

MISSING MAIL: This is a rare occurrence. However, The Moon Market takes no responsibility for stolen/lost mail once it has been delivered to your apartment or home. Please make sure you have a safe and reliable mail room/drop off location when submitting your online purchase. If you have an outdoor drop off, for an apartment building - please let us know if you would like to request a signature to receive your package.
